I get a lot of questions about ketogenic diets these days. And if you look online or on YouTube, there’s a ton of information about it. And, a lot of people are selling courses or books or something on “the best” way to do a ketogenic diet.

Most of the “experts” who are giving you the information are new to this topic. And by new, I mean 2-5 years.

I’ve known about and have experimented with Ketogenic diets for 25+ years now. In fact, my first “keto diet” was in 1993.
