The above slide-show gave you a few really good ways to help lower your blood sugar levels. One thing I would change or modify is that in addition to doing aerobic workouts, I would ALSO include anaerobic workouts – which means lifting weights and making your muscles stronger because more muscles = better glucose usage and lower blood sugar levels.
The sad part is that most people are in a pre-diabetic state. For many years they’re dealing with elevated blood sugar levels, without even knowing it and this is causing so many other health problems –
- weight gain
- high cholesterol
- mood changes (anxiety/depression)
- lowered libido
- fatigue and low energy
- etc., etc., etc.
