Today I’m going to reveal a very simple trick for improving your health, especially when it comes to losing unwanted weight and erasing your belly fat.

So in one human clinical study1, lasting 12 weeks, 144 people were told to consume either 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of vinegar, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of vinegar or a placebo drink every day (which contained nothing at all).
Nothing else was changed in their diet or lifestyle.
Those who consumed 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of vinegar per day had the following averages:
- Weight loss: 2.6 lbs (1.2 kg).
- Decrease in body fat percentage: 0.7%.
- Decrease in waist circumference: 0.5 in (1.4 cm).
- Decrease in triglycerides: 26%.
This is what changed in those consuming 2 tablespoon (30 ml) of vinegar per day:
- Weight loss: 3.7 lbs (1.7 kg).
- Decrease in body fat percentage: 0.9%.
- Decrease in waist circumference: 0.75 in (1.9 cm).
- Decrease in triglycerides: 26%.
What’s interesting is that the placebo group actually gained 0.9 lbs (0.4 kgs), and their waist circumference slightly increased.
According to this study, adding 1 or 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to your diet can help you lose weight. It can also reduce your body fat percentage, make you lose belly fat and decrease your blood triglycerides.
How Does Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) Work?
So the “secret” mechanism to how apple cider vinegar works has to do with optimizing some of your fat loss hormones.
Apple cider vinegar works through 3 simple “weight loss” mechanisms.
- It acts as an appetite suppressant.2 So you feel fuller, longer because of the acetic acid in vinegar.
- It improves your blood sugar levels3. Remember, high blood sugar and insulin converts the foods you eat, into body fat.

I use it in my morning water … which has lemon juice, glutamine amino acid and some other nutrients.
You can use it before each meal you eat, just take 1 tablespoon and wash it down with some water.
You can use it like salad dressing along with some lemon juice and herbs.
Just start with 1 tablespoon at a time. Then increase it multiple times during the day. Even if you just do it morning and night, that’s a great start.
