Healthy Blood Sugar with Cinnamon

For years, cinnamon was suspected of being able to support healthy blood sugar levels. Studies have now verified that cinnamon works to ALSO lower lipid levels including LDL cholesterol and triglycerides. Cassia cinnamon is known to contain the highest levels of coumarin, which is a naturally occurring ingredient. When consumed at large enough levels, liver toxicity can be reversed. Studies have shown that one gram of cinnamon contained in half a teaspoon was able to support healthy cholesterol and healthy blood sugar.

If you’re not a fan of eating cinnamon, you can always take it in a pill form, but a much higher potency “extract” version. The correct form would be a 4:1 extract, which is the same that’s found in Blood Sugar Optimizer, along with other natural herbs and vitamins that can help support healthy glucose levels quickly, safely, and naturally.
