Peeing Too Much At Night? – 3 Health Warnings (Nocturia)

Nocturia

Frequent nighttime urination is called Nocturia.

Nocturia tends to happen for one of three possible reasons:

  • your bladder is having a hard time holding urine
  • you’re producing more urine than usual during the day and then it needs to be released at night
  • you’re producing more urine during the night while sleeping

Nocturia is caused by 3 major causes and an extra big problem for men:
