What’s Better For Inflammation – Turmeric or Fish Oil?

"YES - I Want LESS Pain & Inflammation"

There are numerous factors that can cause inflammation… Hormonal, bacterial, enzymatic, external, internal, growth factors & peptides, and so on and so forth.

Unfortunately, there is no one solution that deals with all of these factors.

As far as two of the most important and potent natural supplements that help promote a healthy inflammatory response – which would I use – fish oil or turmeric?

The truth is, I use both. And clinical studies show the combination of the two works better and you need a lower dose of each.

Here’s what I do daily and it’s very simple:

Fish Oil

I personally take 6 grams of fish oil daily. But most people will do fine with 4 grams – that’s the dose the clinical studies show where the benefits start.
Read the labels on your fish oil pills.

Turmeric & Curcumin

As far as turmeric, the specific active ingredient in turmeric that helps promote healthy inflammation is called, curcumin. So, when selecting a turmeric product, make sure the label says “95% curcumin extract”.

Unfortunately, even at this 95% curcumin extract, your body doesn’t absorb it very well.

This is why I use a product that contains a blend of 3 patented and clinically validated curcumin extracts that are highly absorbable, which is a blend of:

  • Curcumin C3 Complex®
  • C3 Reduct®
  • BCM-95® Bio-Curcumin®

What’s important to know is that too high a dose of curcumin can cause stomach problems.

Better Solution

That’s why I also utilize other powerful herbs that promote healthy inflammation, such as

  • Ginger
  • Boswellia
  • Green tea
  • Pine bark
  • Astragalus
  • Resveratrol
  • Quercetin
  • … and a few others.

Of course, I’m not going to tell you to buy each of these ingredients separately. That’ll just be too expensive and super inconvenient.

The product I use contains all of these ingredients at the correct clinically validated dosages in ONE simple pill.

It’s called Inflame & Pain Relief.

Directions

You can take the fish oils all at once if that’s easier for you to remember. Always take it with food and I do it at the beginning of the meal.

And I take Inflame & Pain Relief once in the morning and once at night as well.

The combination of these two supplements provides the most potent inflammatory support response, in addition to numerous health benefits for your body and mind.

You won’t need anything else, two solution does it all and keeps things simple, easy, convenient, and saves you money!
