Soy and grapeseed caused very little increase in testosterone and NO increase in testicular weight.
The two most effective at increasing testosterone and testicular weight were Olive Oil and Coconut Oil – Coconut being the slight winner.

If your goal is higher testosterone, try eating more coconut and olive oil.
Just be careful to not eat too much since fat is high and dense in calories.
