How long should sex last? Or, what’s the average?
Luckily, there has been a study about this.
It included 500 couples timing themselves having sex over a four-week period – using a stopwatch.
Not good news because the average time for each couple ranged from as little as 33 seconds to as long as 44 minutes. That’s an 80-fold difference.
So, this tells us nothing.
However, the average (median, technically) across all 500 couples, though, from shortest sex to longest sex, was 5.4 min.
So, there you have it. If your last about 5 minutes, you are average.
For some people, that doesn’t seem like much time … And for others, that’s a lot longer than they are used to.
Now, there are two problems guys run into…
The first is premature ejaculation thus, sex is over super fast and this creates insecurities for the guy and doesn’t satisfy his partner.
This is a big topic for lots of guys, young and old, but it can be solved. You can check my free videos about premature ejaculation.
The second problem that happens to guys is if they try to last longer and longer, their penis will lose the pump and thus, the erection.
Don’t worry, this is very fixable too. I have specific videos and articles about getting and maintaining a harder, fuller, and bigger erection.
