Urinary Dribbling – Warnings, Causes & Solutions

Video Summary

Some men, especially as they get older or if they have hormonal imbalances, dribble some urine after they finish peeing.

PMD / PVD

In fact, there’s a medical term for this, called post-micturition dribbling (PMD) or post-void dribbling (PVD).

It tends to be more common as men age because the muscles surrounding the urethra –  don’t squeeze as hard as they once did. Basically, the muscle is getting weaker.

This leaves a small pool of urine at a dip in the urethra behind the base of the penis, which dribbles later.

  • Cause #1Weaker Muscles
Thus, one of the causes is due to weaker muscles, I’ll give you a simple exercise you can do anywhere you want, anytime you want that will help strengthen this area.
  • Cause #2PBH
The other cause of this can be due to prostate problems or prostate growth – called BPH – which stands for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.
Due to aging and mainly hormonal imbalances – your prostate gland enlarges and can partially block the flow of urine out of the bladder, which will then cause excess dribbling.

The bad news is that if this isn’t dealt with, it can lead to prostate problems.

The good news is that you can easily and naturally shrink the sizes of your prostate to healthy and youthful levels simply by optimizing your hormones.

Primary Cause

Weaker muscles and prostate growth are both due to hormonal imbalances. Mainly a decrease in testosterone, which is an increase in DHT, female, and stress hormones.

  • Solution #1
The first one is to simply wait about a minute after you’re done peeing and let the extra urine naturally come out. You can speed up the process by “milking out” the last few drops by putting your fingers behind your scrotum and gently pressing or pushing forward, to get the remaining pee out.
  • Solution #2
The next thing you want to do is strengthen the muscles around the pelvic area and to do this, you will do Kegels. Kegels will also help improve your erection strength, so it’s a double bonus.
  • Solution #3
The most effective and important solution is to improve your hormones. It’ll improve this problem, prostate growth, erections, muscle mass, etc.
The simplest and fastest way is to take specific vitamins, minerals, and herbs.

Conclusion

Urine dribbling is a sign of a bigger problem down the road, just as is prostate growth.

If you don’t do something about this NOW, it WILL only get worse and can lead to much bigger health problems. Including prostate problems and impotence.
