Years ago I did an article about Ashwagandha and how it works, the benefits, pros, cons, warnings, and which is the best form.

It’s been over a decade since that original article and I’ve learned a LOT more since then about this awesome herbal extract.

And unfortunately, how most of us are getting completely ripped off and wasting money.

And before I begin…. today’s topic is very important for anyone interested in:

What’s Ashwagandha?

It’s an herbal extract that’s been used for hundreds and thousands of years for

  1. Lowering stress levels
  2. Reducing anxiety

You never want to get the “powdered” version, which is just junk.

For all you “pot” smokers, it’s like getting a bunch of worthless twigs and seeds, but not the actual leaf.

And you don’t want the low extract forms or else you’ll have to take like 4-10x the dose and hence, a big waste of money.

Basically, it’s like getting 5, $1 bills… versus getting 3, $20, or even $100 bills.

It’s $5 versus $60 or $300 dollars.

I’m not going to be negative and point out all the bad companies. Besides, there are too many of them.
